Brisbane South. NB Turbo Installation 25-27th April
Howdy all.
For forum frequenters, or those who have Rain Man abilities, one forumite has acquired a turbo kit from another forumite very recently, and he is chomping on the bit to get it installed so he can Zoom zoom zoom at an even faster pace.
Therefore, there will be lots of dodgy goings on this long weekend, Friday 25th to Sunday 27th.
The location is South of Brisbane at Collingwood Park, Redbank.
Due to the fact that \"slow and steady wins the race\", we would probably be tinkering most of each day, generally between 9-5.
Bring some tools, lend a hand, talk some sh#t, meet new enthusiasts, tell us \"you missed a spot\", whatever ....
Please contact me on 0401 615 700 for times and actual location.
Or post your interest here so the host can reply to you direct
Cheers
Andrew

Will you be having Fried Chicken Wingz with stupidly hot sauce ?
I'll be heading back from seeing Tiesto the night before (after a snooze) so if there is greasy food, I could be tempted to have a laugh.
Must be Wingzzzz though, you can't fix an MX5 with any level of success without fried chicken.

re hot sauce
As long as I know well enough in advance, I can get my wife to make one
of her mouth numbing chilli sauces, not sure about the fried chicken
though, unless you dont mind eating barbecued chicken.

Sounds like some sort of mime artist. *Awesome*
What's your favourite Wayne? "walking against a heavy wind" or "pulling a piece of rope"? Mine has to be the "I'm trapped inside glass walls"
[sorry, I'm just bored again]
Anyhoo .... Ron, are you gonna be around at 5-6 Tomorrow evening?
I may as well drop by and say hi on my way home from QR.

Any help from anyone, especially turboed ones, would be greatly appreciated.
And no, I don't think Ron has a welder.
I don't get it though..... thin steel for a dump pipe? Am I missing something?
Hence why I'm getting it replaced. It's not the strongest material.

Thanks to everyone who showed up and helped.
IRED5 took pics, it should be up and running by tomorrow, barring any
unforeseen obstacle.
