stop posting photos Danny, ya bluddy mongrel!

Cheers John & Clive....by posting these piccies I'm applying pressure to myself to try and find more time to keep the project ticking over. I'm waiting for some other bits and pieces to arrive although I really should be focussing on the roll cage :frown: .

Yes they certainly do...however I'm only using these to roll the car around on as I have some rather nooice Enkei's to be wrapped in 225/40R18 Toyo R888's when the time comes.

Cheers,
Danny

That's why I went the shadow chrome over the bright silver....means I can be a bit lazy with cleaning the brake dust.

That has got to be the best thing i have ever seen.

Thats the reason i got my NB late last year in the first place (although i now love it as is)

I had plans to do it this year, but couldn't decide on Renesis or turbo.

Those photos are way to magnificent.

Thanx mate, you made my day and maybe my year.

Cheers for that! :D

I started this project in mid 2006...I just wish I had more time to commit to it. The goal is to have it up and running for next years sprint events.

If you're going to stay naturally aspirated I recommend staying with the Renesis engine.

Regards,
Danny

Sweet!!! Cant wait to see it finished, doesn't look too far off,

Ive been dreaming of this for some time now, but seeing it makes it feel real and not just a dream

Its the Ultimate track weapon. 200+Kw is only an exhaust and good tune away. giving a power to weight over 200kw per tonne which only the hugely expensive exotic cars have.

But the real beauty. with Renesis is not just the power but car balance and dynamics you will have.
lower centre of gravity, with weight more to the middle than before, and a super light engine.

Making the already supercar handling Mx5 even better, better than the exotics. not as good, better.
I would challenge any of them.
