Adelaide meetup
Hi all.... It was a good nite. Many thanks to Gail/Redshoes[ and she was wearing some ] for organising it and thanks to Okibi / Dave for dropping in to Adelaide and saying hello. It was good to put faces to names. I will organise something in the not too distant future as soon as i sort my cars issues out. On that note ,if we want to start the \"Dodgy Day\" tradition, my place is available most weekends.
Thanks again Gail Cheers John

Well I had a fabulous time last night! It was so terrific to get to know you guys and share some laughs! Okibi, thanks so much for taking time to visit us in Adelaide and I hope we'll get to see you again, and soon.
As for the Adelaide guys, I trust this won't be a one time deal?? Spitty has promised to plan the next drive and also to host the inaugural Crow Eaters Dodgy Day (aka CEDD!) which sounds fantastic aside from the fact that I wouldn't know how to dodgy anything to save my life. Well, except perhaps the installation of Boags' nozzles but that probably doesn’t count… ! Okay so I can do the cooking and the picture taking – I’ll be the SA Wayne!
Ben/bark, thanks for coming along to meet us at The Feathers, sorry you couldn't come along for the run or dinner. And poor Adam working just down the road… . Next time, okay??
To the rest of you: Vu (SMK), Randy, Luke, John (Spitty), Mike (Jaxom_2) and Dave, thanks again guys! So for now here are some photos from our first get together.
Okibi & Bluey at the Transport Depot
At The Feathers: Mike, Randy, me, Vu, Luke, Dave & Ben
Luke in a \"foreigner\"!

Good work to Gail for organising. How good did we all look charging through the hills? two red NBs & two red NAs. Nevermind the MGs that went past & snobbed (I think?) Mike when he waved, meh Japanese sportscars eh
A dodgy day at Spitty's would probably need to be combined with a cruise day just to get out to where he is hehe.

the Wave
Thanks for a great time Gail, Dave, John, Vu, Randy, Luke and goodonya Ben for meeting us at the Feathers. Badluck you couldn't make it Adam, maybe next time?
I didn't expect a return wave from the \"mg\", it was a MG-R V8, only 2000 made and they are rather \"precious\" lolol

Was a fantastic evening thanks to everyone from SA for making me feel welcome.
Extra special thanks to Gail for helping me drop my car off at the depot and for organising a great night out.
Hopefully I can return the favour someday; please let me know if any of you are heading to W.A. so I can show you around.

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
