Anybody had a cracked rim repaired?

In the process of getting new tyres yesterday, it was pointed out to me that one of my rims had a small crack in it, most likely from hitting a pothole or something like that. Anyhow, I am planning to take the wheel down to Wheel Revolution in Moss St to have it repaired. My question is has anyone had their wheels repaired this way and have they had any dramas or problems with the process, any further cracks? Any weakening of the wheel itself?

usually depends on the extent of the damage, but wheel revolution will advise you whether it's worth repairing or not, heard some good feedback on them & their honesty.
