MAP best place to buy

looking at deleting the AFM and installing a E8 as a piggy.

anyone know the best place to get a MAP sensor and if theres any brands worth avoiding??

Google motorola (sp) map sensors. That's what mine is and it was about half as much as other brands.

Any particular reason why your choosing to run a standalone as a piggyback ECU?

anyone know the best place to get a MAP sensor

I use a haltech map sensor with my haltech ECU.....no other reason than just because.

I got a Haltech one through mania. Was $130 if I remember correctly. Single BAR map sensor. Didn't ask at the time if the resolution was too bad to run a 2 BAR one on an ATMO car and with our turbo dreams...one day. It might be worth upgrading straight up. Hopefully someone in the know can confirm that though. They might've just been saving me money.
