Overkill??

Fitted some 195/50/15 RE001 Bridgestones over the weekend.
Road tested them and found that their a bloody good tyre.
Then this morning cleaning car and noticed the speed rating on these tyres are \"\"W\"\" rating.
Hell, thats a higher speed rating than both the 04 911 and 07 M5. Looks like I don't have to worry about exceeding the speed rating, as if!!

W or Z ratings are pretty useless on our cars. In fact it probably does nothing except make the tyre heavier, as it is only related to the strength, not the grip.
