i gather this mean it's even more unlikely you'll sell the hardtop.

well if your never going to put it on the car at least put it to use somewhere else. like maybe a hardtop roof for the patio swinging seat?

damn, I have known that they didn't have any in stock for a while but hadn't heard they had a different style on offer, I'll have to look into it

I wouldn't mind seeing some pics also. And if you don't mind me asking aproxematly what was the cost?

My other thought has been to somehow mount some frankenstein bolts on the wall of the garage in our new place. Would the hardtop need more support that that?

Yup I need to make some sorta stand for mine, I plan on selling my spitfire so i'll have no where to store the MX hardtop. :?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

it also comes with a cover to put over the hardtop to keep it scratch free!!

they are $180... which isnt much more than the old black ones but these HAVE WHEELS!!!!! :)

My dad used some rollers of mine and made a neat home made stand for his hardtop.
I wouldnt say its much of a stand though more of a wall hanger.

cost $30odd. + the wall space.

All it is is some shower running wheels screwed back to back and then into a wall stud, they act practically the same as the frankenstein bolts on the car except they're on the wall!
