I've added your order Steve but won't be accepting any further orders.

Been having dramas getting the updated shipping quote from FM, called them a few days ago and was told to email the shipping guy direct, did that and followed up again yesterday and got an out of office for the next few days reply - very frustrating!

Don't you hate that, I've been having similar problems with begi, staff being away for weeks at a time and not replying.

update - called again and now I've the direct line to the shipping guy.

Seems he's not answering emails atm because his assistant is on a weeks vacation, and the other person who helps is off sick :shock:

but he has informed me that he is going to start answering his emails tomorrow and we should hear something either tomorrow or maybe Monday.
