Rex's times from last years SS at Wakefield were in the 1:10s.
So boys we really are fighting for the minor placings, probably 3rd, with the Integra being quicker in a straight line it should take 2nd place around Oran Park.
Re the 205s fitted to 8†rims, that’s what I started with on the front of the NC and they were really stretched. See the photo below. You can see that the rim, not the tyre protrudes further compare to the 225s on the back. I wouldn’t go back and fit this size to the 8†rim again.
Hellmun, you of all people should know that a 225 semi slick is way wider than a 225 road tyre. My 225 DO1s would be 25mm (1\") wider across the tread than my 215 road tyre. Again check the photo and see the lack of clearance to the guard on the NC remembering that the NC gains a lot more negative camber as the wheel rises compared to the NB. I'm sure that you would need to pump the NB guards to get clearance, especially if it is lowered to start with.

I had considered 225's on 15*8's but in the end the funds weren't available to make it a possibility. I can run upto 3.7 degrees camber on my rears so I could physically fit them in there. It's just I'd be destroying the inside edges so bad it probaly wouldn't be worth it in the end for grip.
I have an appointment tuesday to do my Alignment for the Nat meet. I'll also be rocking 4 new A048R's in 205/50/15. I found a hole in one of my RE55's where canvas was showing so I killed those in about 7 track days.....car should be quite fast I hope while I learn Winton.
I'm not expecting to do that great in supersprints, be my first time there. I guess if you took all the money he spent on that car and applied it to an MX you still probably wouldn't be able to go as fast. It doesn't change anything though. I'll be there and I'll have fun even if we are only competing from 2 backwards overall.
