Okay so that stops the warm air coming in, but how can you get some cold air coming in..?

Cause my aircon is rooted and even if it worked i hate the power drain, so i like my cool breezes...

Love MX5's but thats a major design fault.

You could always fill that well in front of the windscreen with ice, or even better, frozen CO2. :P

You could look in to a cool breeze scoop? There was a GB on here not long ago, although there weren't many reviews.

I love mine, so simple yet effective. I used it extensively on my recent trip around Victoria. It works a bit to well though. Dont use it on dusty roads or when there a lot of bugs around as it funnels everything into the cabin.
