I think it was blitz that already had a kit out for them.

Have a look at FFS^top of the page, they had a kit in the making AFAIK.

They wouldn't have \"bolt-on/off-the-shelf\" kits, but if your customer is really keen, then Bulletcars up here would be interested in taking on the job.

would they do a setup that was ADR/emissions approved?

I reckon there would be a market for that.
