Irwin83r, under the carpet is the standard console, that I have modified (removed storage part, and a few other bits) to sit flat.

Novice 1, im not seeing that little bug you are talking about, have you checked to see if its on the inside of your monitor??

Yup .. there's a little fiberglass bit for that holds the power window button, i'll try and find the pic on my other PC.

There was an NB carpet console for sale on ebay not long ago.. I even posted it up in the for sale section, but noone seemed interested.

It didnt even get one bid.

I have a Nakamae NB Carpet console and seperate repositioned window switch holder...

It is immaculate, also comes with a spare plastic A/C & Radio surround. This is needed if you dont want to modify your original NB surround.

(Basically just need to chop bottom section off under A/C dials - from where the small lefthand bin is and cigarette lighter. Once this small area is removed, the the window switch holder now resides in this area along with cigarette lighter, It sits in behind round chrome gearstick surround.)

MY NB HAS BEEN SOLD, NO LONGER NEEDED.

Great addition to an NB MX-5 to give it a more unique old JDM look. No add posted for it in USED CARS & PARTS, but if anyone here is seroius about one, may be persuaded to sell!
