teins which way to lower
just wondering which way I screw the teins to lower them - seems stupid i know

Note that if you lowered the car a lot you may well need a wheel alignment to prevent significant tyre wear and ensure handling is not negatively effected.
I dropped my NA 30mm in the rear and slightly different (much smaller) amounts in the front to level the front up (L/R) and needed a wheel alignment big time.
