Remote + Cabbin light + CD player not powered??

Postby wun911 » Sat Jan 12, 2008 2:48 pm

I was soildering up the wires to the CD player today.

Pluged the CD player back in and it didnt work. Next thing I notice the remote to the boot and doors didnt work and the little light mounted near rear view didnt work.

I thought I screwed up the wires or something bad had happend (for being such a cheap skate doing it myself)

I found a bused fuse replaced it and all worked fine.

But now sometimes it works some times it doesnt??

how did u work out the wires for the headunit?

if u had the speakers wired up wrong the fuse behind the headunit should be the one that blows

My HU didnt come with a fuse...

Im not 100% sure what is happening. I sometimes wonder if the HU is drawing too much power or somehting.

Ihe problem seems to have gone away (fingers crossed)
