master cylinder stopper

I have made my own master cylinder stopper out of 10 layers of fibre glass woven material and am wondering how on gods green earth i get the hole in the end of the bit in this pic

nope - this only took an hour to do. I have finished the plug and now am going to make the mould on the weekend.
