Road Closures apply to the following areas;

* Running Creek Road, Running Creek, at the Taafe and Seventh Bridges, due to water on the road.

* Chardon Bridge Road, Cedar Creek, due to water over the bridge.

* Mount Lindesay Highway, Mundoolin, from Mundoolin Estate to Beaudesert-Nerang Road, and again at Rathdowney and Laravale.

* Beaudesert-Nerang Road at Clagiraba Causeway. One vehicle was washed away here, however nobody was injured.

* Upper Coomera Road, Ferney Glen, due to the creek rising over the road.

* Stegman Road at the intersection with Waterford-Tamborine Road, Buccan.

* Sovereign Road, Canungra. Here three people were trapped on the roof of a house and had to be rescued by the SES flood boat.

* Cainable Creek Road, Kerry. Here a tip-truck overturned in a creek. Its two occupants were located safe and well nearby.

* Kerry Road, Kerry. The bridge is closed as tarmac has been washed away and the road is now covered in debris.

* Boonah-Beaudesert Road (unknown which end).

* Todds Bridge, Rathdowney.

Let's just hope they come back alive if they ventured down that way.
