I used an M3 sized cor I think it was exact dimensions are 640x340
obviously the PWR is slightly bigger as i had no dramas at all!

My PWR radiator was about the same amount of work, maybe Koyo are better?

For the prices the PWR is charging, you shouldn't do ANY work on it. Think about it, how can they get most of the holes correct and stuff up a few?

It may be excusable for a manufacturer who sells many different things, but PWR is a specialist.... would you be pissed off if BBS made wheels with one hole, out of four, out of alignment?

Yup I agree,

But I don't think they do large enough volumes.

I think they measure up each one rather than having a jig set up for each type of car or perhaps they've bent their jig.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Has anyone tried the PWR radiators that have an attached oil cooler?

Do you know if it is any wider than the other PWR's or if the radiator is smaller to fit the oil cooler alongside?

What were the biggest hassles getting it to fit? Can you remember how much it was?

Im guessing maybe a seperate oil cooler would be simpler.

Thanks

It fits in the stock location hence the radiator is not as wide as OEM to accommodate the room the oil cooler takes up.

Biggest hassle was getting the stock fans to fit, it slotted into the OEM spot just fine.

How much? too much .. but still cheaper to get via the states than via PWR directly.

A few friends were trying to get PWR radiators for there ATVs. same story, heaps cheaper from the US.

Would you make the same decision again or would you get a seperate oil cooler??

I think i'd get one custom built next time. For now the design and reasons will stay locked away in my brain.

I guess that doesn't really answer your questions..

I like the fact the oil cooler is part of the radiator, its a lot neater solution.

I'd probably prefer it to a PWR radiator and PWR oil cooler separately mounted.

I got it from the fantastic people at FlyinMiata.
