That was fun. Thanks Stan for leading us. Finally got to meet some foum members.

Yeh 4 of us got lost. Then my stupid sat nav was taking me to the wrong side of Mccarrs Creek Rd, I don't think it understands the point of where I was going and why. Luckily we managed to find the road and catch up.

And what a road! It was brilliant, especially with semis. I loved how it was pitch black except for some lights on the left twinkling in the distance, and all you can see is a few meters in front having no idea what kind of corner is coming up next. I managed to get to 7400 in 3rd at one point down the hill, a nice mix of corners and straights.

Thanks ampz for letting me drive your car. I think I'd go mad with lag but it sure is alot of fun. Hope you fix your rattle problem.

See you all next time, when you can all come to our side of the city.

Gerard

And thanks to Ampz for giving me a drive of the ol turbo!

well. It drove home the fact that NA's are raw animals. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It was almost like driving a normal car. very comfortable, except it handles really well around corners. The Automatic is good to. In Drive. you put your foot down & the automatic responds extreemly well. In Manual Mode. it changeds when you want to change. not when the computer thinks its appropriate.

would I own one? Probably not. A little too refined for my own liking. But I will have to do some work to my own suspension. Its way too stiff.

Didn't get home until 7pm and was dead tired from the days efforts...sold 3 cars in 1 day! Had 3-4 beers and had an early night!

Let's make it Hillside :P

Mind you, there isn't anywhere really to drive around that's really got the right amount of twisties... At least not that I know of, but I haven't really gone looking either.
