BTW that recipe for wings sauce, is it supposed to take the coating off the terracotta pot? :shock: :shock: :shock:

Next time round I'll be bringing a batch of hot-sauce and insane-sauce Indonesian style, and I want to see and hear steam coming out of every orifice then.

Fine mate...those woosies up there in QLD wouldn't know a good hot chilli if they tripped over it! :lol:

It was good to finally meet the Craig. He was pretty much what I was expecting. Admittedly, I wasn't expecting such uh... flatulence :)
