Next time use macro mode for those close up shots (the little flower symbol)

Some say vaseline (or a light grease) will help. I've yet to try this myself because I can't find the home jar of vaseline, but I understand the reasoning, a light fluid to help the seals... seal

My roof suffers from a very temperamental leak from between the front windscreen and door... one rainy season its on the passenger side... another rainy season its on the driver side... and then 3 subsequent rainy seasons it doesn't come up... and I'm pretty sure vaseline would be able to fix that

AZNTieN, I have an old roof from my NA that you can take a look at if you like, you might be able to \"steal\" the appropriate rubber parts.

I think you are looking for this seal...

That is the UK listing - probably cheaper from Mazda locally by the looks of it. Try Mania - they may have a second hand one in stock too.

Personally I wouldn't bother with a 2nd hand one.

$165 delivered to your door. pretty much guaranteed without any ƒü¢k up from the UK mob.

Mine is ripped in a similar manner, although not nearly as bad. When it rains, the water doesn't usually come in from there, but rather from where the roof rubber splits at the fold point (if that makes sense).

Where exactly was the water dripping in from? Was it at that particular spot, or was it a bit further along the window?
