painted my wheels

Postby 16bit » Thu Dec 20, 2007 12:28 pm

I painted the stock wheels on my evo gold nb8a last night - it took me the best part of 5 hours from jacking the car up to removing the last stand (BTW had no idea they were enkei). They are now black and look excellent. I am yet to take a pic but just so the other evo golders out there know - it turns it from a slightly fruity car to lotus like track ready looks (especially with the top up so a black hard top would look the goods). the difference was amazing. Will have pics tomorrow some time. At least 10hp gain i think.

Looking good. I think I will have to do that to mine as well.

What paint did you use?
