standard oil pressure & water temp gauges

just want to know how accurate these are on the na6?

upgrading my gauges and not sure whether to go oil temp or oil pres depending on how accurate the standard oil pres gauge is. also not sure whether to bother with a water temp pending on how accurate that one is as well.

I'd be considering a oil temp gauge, the pressure gauge is good for most purposes. As for the coolant temp gauge, it as a dead spot from about 67c to about 102c. The normal running temp of a NA6 is around 90c. I was thinking about adding a more accurate gauge, however the hand controller for my ECU provides coolant temp in 2c degree increments. Thats how I knew what the coolant temp was when I was overheating, and how I know what the dead spots in the normal temp gauge.

I'd go the oil temperature gauge. The stock coolant gauge will move when there is something to worry about. Do you really need to know if the coolant temperature is 88 or 92 degrees? The stock oil pressuse gauge will tell you when oil pressure is low but you dont have any information on oil temperature which can tell you more about your engine than the other two gauges anyway.

You can roughly tell when the oil is at temp by using the oil pressure guage. When cold, its up high and when the oil is warm/hot it drops down a bit. I never give it stick until my oil pressure guage has dropped a bit so i know that the engine in warm. You dont get any accurate readouts though.
