Hi all.
Very simple quetion; I bought a strut brace and am anxious to know if there is enough thread on the stock upper strut bolts for the nut to be secured back in place after fitment of the brace?
The end plates/brackets of the brace is approx 4mm thick.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Andrew

With stock mounts on my NA6, very little as well. The bolt was sticking a few mm (~5mm) past the nut iirc. But it should be ok as my car already came with a struct bar and i've been driving it for almost 2 years with no problems.
You can get some aftermarket uppermounts if you're paranoid but I don't really see the need.
