I did them before for the fronts.

Not difficult, bit messy though! I did one side at a time, pumped the pedal until the caliper piston popped out, then unbolted the hose, etc and removed the caliper. Then gave it a bit of a scrub with brake cleaner and refitted everything with the new piston seal (glorified o-ring) and rubber bellows etc. If your brake hoses are old, then you may be surprised that new ones are only $25ea. So a good idea to replace them at the same time.

Easy job to do, but I think that you get a better result if the piston bore can be lightly honed out before reassembly. So in future I reckon what I'd do is unbolt the calipers, and just take them to a brake specialist for them to do the whole job.

Think i got quoted ~$70 for a rear caliper rebuild from ABS.

It included cleaning and fitting all new seals etc etc.

I had the caliper off the car.

I did the front on my NA. It only needed new seals. It was fairly straight forward if a little fiddly getting all the seals installed correctly, especially the bellows thing, but a few carefully selected words got everything back in place. The rears are a bit more complex because of the hand brake mechanism.
