i hope to keep this 5 for the next 3-4years and then upgrade to an SE depending.
would it be worth me buying all new suspension or should i buy some second hand SE shocks and springs. theyd be only 3yrs old at the most, would they have another 3-4yrs left in them?
is this a good idea?

you can buy them now fit them in the mx5 now and later when you upgrade take them with you (they can be revalved and rebuilt etc)

konis \"adjustables\" are fully rebuildable as well. I use inverted commas because they are not REALLY adjustable. The adjustment just allows you to reset them when they wear a bit, effectively extending the life.
FOr the topic. I run koni/kings, and it is pretty harsh. I dont mind....my wife...not so keen.
