How hard is it to do this?.. i need to swap an inlet manifold over and was wondering if there are any instructions on doing this?... (and is there any chance of breaking or damaging my engine
ps: checked the miata.net forums.. couldnt find anything

Removing an NA inlet manifold

It might be a good idea to get an inlet manifold gasket. You'll also need a throttle body gasket and the idle air valve dohicky gasket if you are removing them too. You should probably replace the seals for the injectors unless the new manifold has them included. If you've ever played with a mechano set as a kid you wont have any trouble, just unplug the wiring, remove the hoses remembering where they fit back on and unbolt the nuts. Replace the gaskets and do the reverse to reinstall it.
