Agree to a point, although normally if your balancing for as little added weight as possible you would fit the tyre and spin it up on the balancer and then mark the heaviest spot on the tyre and move that around to be opposite the valve and rebalance.

I've never had a complete set of rims that require no weight at all. So I put some of that down to the pair of valves.

Two valves thing is for Nitrogen purging. Either way, the wheels must be prefect!...thats quality stuff. I only ever seen 1 rim that require now weights at all, it was HRE...forged and cost $1300 EACH!!!

I was chatting to the tyre guys out here about it and apparently a T type of valve arrangement is used out here mostly for purging. I think the autocross market in the states must be quite large for Emilio and that they seem to demand this type of stuff. As you say their very good quality for the $1200 they cost

Autocrossing in the US huge. I'd say those guys would be his biggest market by far.

Any word on the 225-15 as far as price and whwre they came from.
Everyone tells me that I will have to stick with the 205-15. I but my head against the wall for a while ,and then settled on the Falken azenis 615 because they say they are as wide as most 215-15.
That said I would be happy to find a sticky 225.
