blinker don't blink no more

just noticed the other day, my blinkers stop working after you leave it on for about 1 minute continuiosly...... link there is no indication on the dash, on the blinkers and no clicking noise from the dash....

could it be the relay?

the relay would prolly be the cheapest & first thing i'd check

easy fix, it was the relay....


bit scarey driving without the indicator lol

I couldn't find a factory replacement for it but lucky Narva makes an aftermarket one

here is the part number if anyone is interested

while i was working on the interior, changed the dash light from OEM green to red

Incidentally, where's the relay located for the indicator? I'm still having issues with my rear demister, and I don't think it's a cable fault at the demister end of things. Was thinking of getting in to the relays for it, but don't really know where to look.

its under the dash behind the fuse box and in front of the accel pedal

Thought it may have been there. When it was at it's "intermittent" stage of half working half not, I could always hear the relay clicking on/off from about that area.

Will need to get in under there and have a play when the opportunity arises.
