Still haven't had a chance to finish off the flooring eh? Oh well. As you said, it sounds damn nice.

I really need to find some time to just get into the car and do everything I want to do. Maybe over Christmas...

Ah very nice. So what was the internal volume of the box in the end? I'm planning on making up a sub box in the same fashion to how you've done. Starting sunday ive got 6 weeks off work, and I've got a few 'projects' I'm planning on undertaking, including making a sub box. Where'd u get your supplies from? Since u live rather close to me it shouldnt be hard to get to them haha

I got my first bit of fibreglassing stuff from bunnings, $53 for about 1L with everything required
then I went to FGI and got 4L for the same price so I would go there instead

FGI - Brookvale
14 Clearview Place
Brookvale NSW 2100
Tel: (02) 9939 1399

Note: if you go there asking about what would be best for a sub-box enclosure they will just give you a blank look. I'll take a look at the product numbers for the stuff I used, it's more technical than I thought with all this waxed or not waxed and the different additives and such.

My enclosure is 22L total

get at least 4 Litres of resin , when I went there they also gave me some mixing trays, measuring cups, brushes and paddlepop sticks

Sweet thanks for that. The sub i'm using needs at least 26L, so it shouldnt be hard to reach that mark

and this is how I can adjust the bass from inside the cabin, it uses a phone line sort of connector to link with the amp in the boot letting me control the gains from inside the cabin, and it's sorta stealthy too.
I used some adhesive velcro on the back of it (scratchy side of velcro) so it sticks to the interior carpet, otherwise everytime I sit down it slides under the seat
