Bunnings.

you can grind it larger with a suitable cutter on a drill.

You could G-clamp in a wooden plate behind the panel and drill a pilot hole in that for a larger hole saw.

You could use a nibbler.

I find Dremel drills come in handy with things like that..


or maybe just try what Matty said..

I'm in Thornbury as well I have some holesaws (don't think I have 3 inch) but I do have a dremel (Ozito imitation dremel) you can borrow if you like. I have used it for cutting panels before, a bit slow but you can be pretty accurate.
