Super Sprint Car Classes

Was talking to Irwin the other day and we were discussing what mods were allowed as the acceptable modifications list in the super sprints modified road cars class. He mentioned you can't do lightened flywheels for instance and I can't remember what else. I'm having trouble sourcing the list of mods that come under \"Road Registered Cars with Limited Modifications\" class 2 as referenced here. Google and forum searching failed so I was hoping someone would be able to point me at a solid list?
