Good to hear there is a local bunch going to this. Did this get organised at the last Coffee and Lies?

I am impressed that you are coming all the way to meet us at Hornsby! But then you wont have to drive too far to get home afterwards....
Look forward to seeing you all!

No, a few of us can't make it to the Saturday Coffee & Lies so we just keep in contact by email.

And if you have a CB, Brian has suggested we use channel 7 until we get to Rofe Park and find out what channel the Sydney mob are using.

Spotted 20 or so MX5's cruising from peats ridge to wollombi today...

I was heading the opposite direction as a passenger in a VE commodore coming back from a bucks night in newcastle / cessnock :)

Recognised a bunch of people, Roger, Jean, Garry, BigDog, STM plus many more :D

Big thank you to Jean & Jane for organising a very pleasant day despite the weather. We did manage to get the roof down from Wollombi to the gardens & then from the gardens and very briefly on the return run down the Putty road 8) Still a nice drive even in the wet! Hope John enjoyed the trip, it was nice to meet him finally.

God must really drive an MX5! I put my top down at Somersby, just before the ... cough... U turn... and never saw rain again until coming home on the freeway at Ourimbah. Also had the honour of having John as a passenger from Wollombi to Hunter Valley Gardens. Thanks Jean for another great MX5 day and John if you read this sometime, your comments and constructive ideas will be taken on board ( now that is an Americanism !)
A great day, thanks to all
