what will happen with the stock keyless things?

I would imagine they won't be needed if you get a good alarm install, the stock alarm box (well I have the factory upgraded one) should be removed then all the inputs and outputs it uses for unlocking doors, sensors and such go into your new alarm system along with the extra's the new alarm should have

Just grab the 'high end' Mazda one, it just works with you standard keys and remote then.
