I was actually going to do it in silver - it will just need a steady hand and an eyedropper.

Integra Type R cam cover. That's the look I wanted, but yeah, must have been the way I applied the paint, as it darkened. The raised lettering on the BP motor cam covers was also going to get a brushing done to make it stand out.

Polish the letters, Mask off the painted surface and get at it with the small buffer....

They're recessed letters - so very difficult to polish without messing up the sides or risking scratching the top surfaces.

Get a syringe or an eyedropper and drip some epoxy paint in the sunken letters. It'll look great.

That's the way they do enamelled buckles and the like.

If you want to do something a bit different, you can use a \"chrome\" coloured epoxy in the letters, or you can do every letter a different colour!

Looks good, I did one in satin black ages ago and it was still looking good at least 3 years on, so I dount you'll jhave any longevity probs.. If you want to make it perfect you could replace the PCV grommet - it looks like you didn't remove it prior to painting?
