Got my lip on
Taking the front bar off is an ass of a job if you don't jack the car up!
Result is worth it however, I like the subtle hint of agression. I've just cable tied it in place for the moment as its going to have to come off a couple of times soon but they seem to hold it in place really well.
Don't mind the paint, the whole car is getting resprayed and the weird bit on the bumper was just a quick fix to cover up where I'd rubbed it back to plastic for photos. I think I'll rub this back quite a bit and then go over it again on a warmer day with some lighter coats so it looks a little better until it gets painted properly though.

To fit the Vary lip I raised the front of the car on ramps. I then used clamps to hold the lip in place and then drilled the 12 or so holes that it takes to attach the lip. Took about 1.5 hours all up......much quicker than removing the nose.
