ok, after much nagging from boags, negotiations with Wayne \"the wingman\" Shelley AKA The Knobmeister on a suitable date after he moves house & a serious discussion with Dodgy Central Gold Coast Managing Director Jules about a date that didn't clash with another upcoming GCDD (he made sure it was ok with mummy first of course )....it's time to announce the Inaugural
Brisbane Dodgy Detail Day
Where- 1 Hoop St, Hillcrest
When- from 10am-ish on Saturday 28/7/07
the hosts (AJ & Kim) can provide 5500 litres of rainwater, 1 Karcher high pressure cleaner which has CT18 superwash (good stuff for engine bays, wheel arches, underbody etc) in it's internal tank.
also have large deepfryer for wingzzz cooking
discussions with the Wingman on how many kg's of wingz will be required will happen.
What to bring- your own pet washing products, eg mitts, sponges, detergents, chamois etc....& if possible your own bucket..........& whatever drinkies you prefer, (hosts have a large beer fridge/freezer in the wingz eating area)
i'm also thinking we should have a wingz sauce off.......several versions of sauce are appearing & we need to settle it once & for all WHO has the hottest sauce, in the interest of continuity & to keep us all entertained, i nominate Wayne The Wingman to sample all versions of wingz sauce one after the other
register your interest, & any suggestions for the day here

I detailed my car last weekend, and can recommend claying if anyone wants to try that.... it's not difficult by any means but makes a big difference to paint that's getting on in age. Happy to offer assistance to anyone wanting to try it. You'll need detailing clay, spray bottle, car wash detergent, and a chamois or microfibre cloth.

Big Dawg already has this abbreviation if he decides to go ahead with another.....its up to BDDDIV.
A: it specifically states it's QLD in the title
B: now that BigDog has been initiated into the ways of PROPER dodginess instead of that wishywashy NSW stuff, we consider we have his blessing on the title of our Dodgy Days........
