Yeah they hit everything everywhere but from the looks of it, it is pretty normal. Something I am very willing to accept. In fact I had a look at your car on the GOR run and decided that they were fine. That's what made me decide to get them. They also rob me of a fair degree of rearward travel. I think if you were over 6 feet tall there is no way I would do this. I'm 178cm and I make it just with the flat bottom steering wheel.

Back on topic....I've really taken a liking to those seats but from what you guys are suggesting...it will be a darn pain to fit and I'll end up with less knee and leg room too.
I'm starting to consider some NB seats into an NA instead. Anybody got any thoughts/experience in that regard?

Mr.Q's got NB seats in his NA8 from memory.
They really look good (and I am after a set as well)
But this is really what you want, deez ...
My kidney is ready for transplant if anyone's selling these babies

Andy and Okibi....you evil evil geezers Stop tempting me.
I reckon fixed buckets shouldn't be a problem to fit into a 5....most of the ones I've looked at (Bride, Sparco) are quite narrow. I'm after some tiltbacks though as the car will be a daily as well. Only way is to keep lookin eh?
Thanks heaps Ben for taking the time to type up your experience, much appreciated At the moment I'm still throwing up between the Justjaps (cheaper) and NB (a lot more expensive, but could be more comfy) seats. Thanks heaps for your info, helps a lot in deciding

Famous last words !
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Some nice looking seats there guys. Has anyone tried autotecnica seats. While in East Coast Spares (Bentleigh, Melb) a couple of weeks ago they have a pair of the SP4999 in black leather at $400 each. They can be seen on the bottom of the linked page.

The A999 is the same sort as was in the SE drift car (i think), that seat in now in Warwick Gate's NA8 so you can make them fit both the NA and NB, but it DID have a custom brackett that bolted directly to the floor without adjustment.
The fact that's it's called the \"wide body\" makes me question if I have the model number correct.
