You might find more info by using the Google search function at the bottom of the page. Try looking for Techno grille.
Thanks John:
That is one very nice looking MX5.
From memory the problem with my gearbox was something about the synchro
hub having broken off. Yes, I am not technically minded:)
Spoke to John today, he was putting the old girl back together later tonite.
Cheers Ron
Novice1,
I bought mine through MX5 Parts UK
Their stainless steel is on special at the moment.
Very cheap, very good service, very fast.
I bought the stealthy black, and I am very happy with the results.

Good to hear that she'll be on the road again soon Ron. You'll have to come along on Sunday.

I too have a Techno Grill.
I was one of his first customers. Hence, the bottom corners don't fit as well as what he now sells. Techno did offer to replace it for a newer style that fitted better at no cost (even after 12months of owning it), but I was happy with what I have to bother, so I just kept it.
I've had mine since February 2003, and it still in one piece. Techno sure puts them together well.
Though I need to clean it better. Any suggestions on how to clean it so that it shines?

cost me $15 and about 1/2 hour of snipping and 4 cableties
was going to get one of the ready made ones but just about all of them require you to take off the toe/tie down things and you never know when you might need them
I know it's hard to see but it's the best one I have of my grill and I haven't posted this pic yet

I've been pondering this for a while. It's tough to get in there when the number plate is in front of it.
I don't think I have any pictures of the grille on the car...
