Good list but unfortunately there is a typo for bore;MX5's are 54.1 not 64.1.
This is small and means almost all wheels will have a bigger bore than a 5 and therefor fit if the they are 100x4 35-42 ET but OE 5 wheels will not fit some other cars because of the small bore.
Aftermarket bore size is always more than 54.1 unless they have been specifically made for a 5 eg. my Chapparals. From memory I think bore for aftermarket is something like 67 and 72 and then uses hub rings to bring them back to 54.1
