Turbo Rebuild
I am after a rebuild kit for a T25 turbo. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best place to get them from?

Yep Ebay.
Only a cheep Option if you Know what your doing.
A rebuilt Core form Garrett is about the same price as a new turbo.

I bought mine from MTQ - clicky
Was about $175 from memory. These guys are the shiznit if you decide to get them to rebuild it anyway, like I did after I tried myself and decided best left to the pros with the right tools and balancing machines etc etc. I was very happy with the work they did, the turbo came back looking like new, and has been going strong for almost 2 years now. They were very helpful and really know their stuff. Even took time to explain the whole process to me when I just bought the rebuild kit, so that I could diy properly. They do a very thorough job, crack test the housings etc (stuff you can't do at home) and also provide a warranty on their rebuilds. T25's are known for cracking where the ex housing extends out to the exhaust manifold flange. Often not vis to the naked eye, so the crack test is very worthwhile. I highly recommend these guys!

Big thumbs up for MTQ here aswell.
Never used them for the MX5, but they have rebuilt a BIG turbo for me including reprofiling and a machined out housing, top work at great prices.

Sorry about the slow reply Garry...
Incl rebuild kit, the rebuild was about $700 all up. Non ball bearing turbo, but aside from the rebuild kit, it didn't need any new parts, so if other parts are needed then it would obviously be dearer. These guys pulled it all apart, checked everything and then quoted me...
