NSW Club Event to Cowra June Long Weekend
Members who are still considering that they might come to Cowra for our long weekend away are reminded that applications close next Friday (18th), however you may miss out as there is only one, possibly two rooms left.
So don’t delay, get your application form from the Club’s web site and fax it in today.

I refuse to spend my tourist dollars in Cowra after my experience last time I was there. A tip............ watch out for the local cop.
Well you know, lighting 'em up in the main is not so bright when you have the copper from \"the village people\" on the case.
He did look rather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But seriously, Cowra is a great place to have some fun, a little talent contest could well be worth while after a few sherberts at the local.
have fun!!!

Cowra, done and run.
Great turn out and procession around Mt Panorama. The local flash for cash guy must have wet himself in anticipation on Conrod Straight, but he all to no avail. Not a cent or decimal point.
Perfect weather in the Cowra area, just a little sprinkle as we left this morning.
Thanks to Phil and Cheryl for organising a great weekend.

What a great weekend.
All the effort was well worth it.
Bathurst was good, as usual, even when Mr Pod positioned himself on Conrod Straight after our first lap.
We found things in and around Cowra that I didn’t know about, like the Iandra Castle. What a fantastic piece of our heritage.
And of course there was the Japanese Gardens with the sign “Keep off the pebblesâ€.
Here’s the group from Sydney, Canberra and the Hunter Chapters at Mulyan Garage Winery after lunch on Sunday. (We will send this to Mazda Australia in appreciation of the hats, pens and esky’s that they sent us.)
Don’t have any photo’s of the dancing queens at the pub before they close it and we got kicked but I’m sure the Cowra Bugle will say something about when the MX-5 Club came to town.
Our thanks to everybody who joined us with such a sense of anticipation, adventure, fun and camaraderie, and who participated in everything we organised to made it such a great success.
