R10 Wakefield Interstate Challenge 17/06/07

Postby Samselectrics » Fri Apr 06, 2007 6:51 pm

I might as well get the rivalry moving. The Vic/NSW Interstate challenge is being held at Wakefield park this year. It's also round 10 of our championship. I understand that it's a long way to go but anybody who's been will tell you it's well worth the drive.

May the best State win.

Let the games begin

Go Vic

June? - I thought it was November :? :(

I will be OS then, at Le Mans in fact, but that is a bummer, I will miss our duels Sam

Spew, you were the benchmark, something for us to attempt to catch.

I'm sure there'll be others.

Le Mans will be awesome, no doubt better than kicking my butt.

Well, I will be there, Sam. Do want me to show you my track???? :D
Are you bringing up any women drivers to have a go?
Who will be there in class 7?

It should be a fun day as long as the weather is better than the last time you were up here.

I'd absolutely love to have a look at the track with a talented instructor like yourself. As long as I can drive and it's in a slightly quicker car than mine.   Dunno who has one.

I'm expecting Andrew to come up in his Gold AVO, so he might give you a bit of a run.

Certainly none modified like yours slammer. You may have to challenge the 1.8's for the day. Though that'll be no comp for you.

Hi Sam
Do you know how many cars a coming up for the challenge and in what class yet?
We should try to get together the night before for dinner and reminisce about Phillip Island.

Hi Turbo girl

We'll be up in Goulbourn at about 3-4ish on the Saturday and would love to catch up with all of the NSW/ACT people for dinner on the Saturday night. We'll be staying at the cabins on the track for 2 nights.

I think there'll be 2 open class cars but I'm guessing. You should get your revenge. I hear you've been practicing.  There are about 10 of us all up accross severaal classes though most will be Modified 1.8's.

Sounds good
I have to ask Greenmachine somewhere nice to eat in Goulburn, he was a local boy, before he is off on his overseas jaunt.
Hopefully we will be unveiling Turbo Boy brother of Turbo Girl, this one for rally and track use only(another SP clone), and with the amount of bling 8) under the bonnet it should blind any competitor if they try to glimpse a peek!!!!!
So you see we will be drawing straws to see who up against the Mexicans.
