Mono, much to the charlatans (read beginners) disgust oven baked Wingzzzzz work just as well and perhaps are more moist.

The real secret is in the sauce.

To make it you'll need:

eye of newt
leg of frog
root of the glang glang tree
two week old socks
several litres of old sump oil
Went for a drive and there were slow cars everywhere, why are NC's so common . . . must be NC = Normally Cardiganed.

Well the sump oil's a given. We never wash our hands during Dodgy!
