STMDD1 19 May 2007

Postby StanTheMan » Thu Apr 26, 2007 12:03 pm

after the misfortune of having to cancell last dodgy day

Time for a dodgy day

I'll be doing my suspension bushes.

I'll have Snags & a slab of beer, soft drinks & a veranda with a little view.

There is a fair amount of room inside the Great wall of China. Only problem is. Most of it is on lawn & there is no cover. I don't have a fantastic worshop with tools like Biggus Doghus. You will need to bring your own.

Even if you don't want to work on cars.....you're welcome to come & watch me butcher my suspension. if you have any expert knowlege on changing suspension bushes .....even better. I can arrange a seat right on the front line, where you can instruct me, with a beer in your hand.

there is room for 2 cars on the concrete slab. Patchy will be ocupying 1 slot.....probably for most of the weekend.

If you need to bring your kids, they are most welcome.

I'll post the adress & contact a little closer to the date.

I've been assured.....there will be no unforunate double boocking this time. 8)

'Tis a pity that I am going to have to miss this one STM!

That is the day before the Wakefield Supersprint, and so whilst you are cursing the Mazda engineers, I should driving through to Goulburn.

Have a great day!

Revised standards of dodginess have been set.

STM - you have a lot to live up to - can you and your crew match Team Dodgy SEQ and their faithful sidekick, 'The Knobmeister'?????

Snags and soft drinks, or wingz & brewz???

How much dodgy can you do? How low can you go? :D

what you guys achived up in the Gold Coast is seriously.......words fail me.

I take my hat off to all of you up there.

but thats not going to stop me from trying having a dodgy day....

lets have some dodgy goodness. Wingz are off the menu unfortunately....I don't have a deep fryer.

brenno.....gotcha

the location is in seaforth

at the moment its only a few cars with minor things like tightening belts & maybe alligning bonnets & so on.

Wouldn't have suggested anything else :D

Was hoping to spur your fellow dodgies to appropriate levels of dodgy goodness with you :)

Throwing out the challenge - that sort of thing - there'd better be pics

No Wingzzz then.... MOET AND CAVIAR for them dodgy buggers !

A deep fryer now costs around $20 in any of the larger 'discount' stores. There is simply no excuse NOT to have Wingzzz at any nationally recognised Dodgy Day.

May your Dodgy be at least half as Dodgy as ours !

Is that a bad thing or would you like an NB8B needing a timing belt change to? 8)

No need for silly banana bender food STM, just bourbon and beer for proper dodgy goodness, with an occasional seak or snag on the barbie. These northern cousins of ours don't have any concept of time either... its a Dodgy DAY, not a whole week.... :P

Anyway, I will try and get along, but I can't guarantee it as the kids' bands are playing a double header at the World Bar in the Cross the night before, so I will most likely be a little fragile.... :P

C'mon Bigdog....you'll be able to make it. Do you remeber how fragile I was the last time we had a barbie at Stan's?
