PowerCard Pro is a highly configurable system designed to meet the needs of professional tuners – its GenIII controller can be programmed to work with boost, supplemental injectors, and Nitrous, as well as manipulate sensors. The PowerCard Pro takes load based tuning to the next level, continuing to build upon the stock ECU map while giving you an expansive set of tuning tools.

Features:

* Load based tuning
* Web based interface (Windows PC with USB required)
* Fuel adding with Stealth Technology
* Currently available for 2 and 4 cylinder engines, 6 and 8 cylinder coming soon.
* Pressure - boost based fueling and sensor manipulation
* Supplemental injector control - up to 2 additional injectors
* Nitrous system control
* Two sensor manipulation circuits on 2 and 4 cylinder models, four on 6 and 8 cylinder applications.

Abilities:

* Voltage Generation
* Voltage Offset
* Voltage Clamp
* O2 \"simulated\" closed loop

Uses:

* O2 manipulation \"spoofing\" - sending a fake O2 signal to the ECU under boost.
* Sensor clamping - limiting the maximum voltage signal a sensor sends to the ECU Fuel injector duty cycle display

The PowerCard Pro can be used to tune your personal vehicle or as a development tool for creating tune ups for supercharger, turbocharger, nitrous or heavily modified normally aspirated applications. PowerCard Pro is the same system as used by Jackson Racing to fuel some of their supercharger applications.

Came across this it appears to do what my FM 02 clamp does but has alot more features. Appears to work on supercharged MX5's, wondering if any one is running one.

I think you might find they were using the old powercard. This piggyback is completely new and not related to the original powercard in terms of the electronics used (and Moss have stressed that point in posts on miata.net recently).

I will have two of them shortly when my fast forward supercharger kit arrives (one for main injectors, one for extra injector). Tom who runs the show I believe helped moss perfect the PC PRO . By all reports it seems to do a pretty nice job keeping the AFR good. There have been a few posts on miata.net recently from turbo guys using them and they have been quite pleased also.

Can't wait to get mine in place personally 8)

Cheers

It certainly looked to do much more than I remembered the powercard was supposed to do. They are damn cheap too. You'll have to let us know how it goes. 8)
