Sounds like worn synchros. However, I'd check the hydraulics fully first:

fresh fluid
no leaks at slave or master cylinder
operation of clutch release lever

Usually when the clutch slave starts to go, the pedal can lose pressure when hot. My car used to do it in traffic before I changed the clutch slave, and many other forumers have had the same thing happen too, sometimes as bad as the pedal going straight to the floor and you can't change gear at all.

Odds are it's your clutch slave as JBT said. There is a rubber boot on the clutch slave, and a rod comes out of it to push the clutch lever, and you'll prolly find that it's coated in leaky fluid. Of if you prise back the rubber boot a little leaked fluid will come out.

Red mist makes me block the 2-3 gearchange sometimes, especially after 3 or 4 laps. I have to really focus on feeling it through the gate every time, no matter what's happening outside.
