MX5 Mania installed a set of Tighe cams for me a few weeks ago and with a computer retune (Wolf3D) I now have 91kw at 7200rpm. Beforehand I was getting about 65kw at around 5500rpm. Best of all David tuned it so well that I have a boost in torque and power right from idle with no dips in power or torque. But when she hits 4500 it really kicks in all the way to 7200rpm. Love it. Also installed is a set of X-Force extractors and a cat-back system. Standard 1.8 airbox but I modified it for a dual intake - these were installed before the cams so hence the change in power is all due to the cams and copmuter retune.

Next one will be one of their Cooling Pro Radiators and one of their high flow crosspipes which will allow me to change over to the 1.8 throttle body. For those that don't know, Mania installed a 1.8 for me before my 1.6 was about to give up. Currently still running the 1.6 TB but will change to the 1.8 for the extra advantages of the variable TPS. Currently running a modified 1.8 cross over pipe.

Sounds good, Zen :D

We need more converts against forced-induction :)
