Setting for Tein Mono Flex

Any recommendation? including the data for the chambers and toe in/out, height and bound/ rebound rate? for NB8C? for different applications ie winding road, track (Eastern creek, Wakefield, Oran Park?)

i m using 215/40R16 Yokohama A539

Start with what Tein recommend then see what suits you and your car.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

this will be a set and test thing. just spend an entire day testing all sorts of things on your favourite bit of road. only you can really see what works best.
