Let me know how you go, I'm kinda keen to do it to the Camel but hesitant because of the leather seats. :)

Any pics? As stated I want to do it to my NB8B but kinda worried about the leather in case it looks a tad floppy and saggy afterwards. Anyone done it to leather? :?

Did it tonight... the seat fabric looks really loose but sitting in the car you can really feel the difference from removing the back piece, not so sure about the base, my head is now right under one of the cross braces in the roof because removing the back piece allows me to sit back that tiny bit more. Will have to play around tomorrow

I did the base of my NB leather seat before I fitted the race seat Craig - drop by work at North Rocks sometime and have a look and see what you think (seat is stored upstairs). I thought it looked fine.

I used this method in the Classic, Craig. No problem with the leather.
I took out about 20mm at the rear tapering to 10mm at the front. Made a huge difference.
