I've looked up Charlies in the White Pages and the relavent returns were:

Charlies Diner
Metro Hotel 466 Brighton Rd Brighton 5048
8358 3288
Waterloo Station Hotel 138 Waterloo Corner Rd Paralowie 5108
8258 8066

Charlies Family Diner
178 Jubilee Hwy West Mt Gambier 5290
8723 1200

Am I looking up the wrong tree?? because neither of these venues are close to Gorge Rd in Newton. I don't mind driving across the city for dinner. What does everybody else think?

Other search results are:
Charlies Asia Cuisine (Mt Barker)
Charlies Club Sandwich
Charlies Shack (Adelaide)

Sounds good :) ... Might be a good idea to make a booking for dinner if there's going to be more than a few of us. Do you know what the name of the restaurant is? If not, I can make my way out there sometime early next week to find out.

Can I please get an idea as to how many people are interested for dinner after the run to make the booking? Friends are welcome. Please let me know as soon as possible. :)

Payneham Tavern

I'll probably aim to get to Vic Park as close to 5:30 as possible because I'm going to be at Mallala all day

Come for the cruise first and then pick her up afterwards before dinner :D

If we're going to leave Vic Park around 5:30, we should be finished around 6:30. Probably make the booking around 7:00pm to be safe.

That should be about enough time for Magill - Norton Summit - Lofty - Uraidla - Lobethal - Gorge - Athelstone
